Terms and Conditions

When you purchase a SmileHub treatment or product we require that you have read, understood and agreed to all SmileHub terms and conditions.

A deposit is required to secure your teeth whitening appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment cost.

​

  • Changes or cancellations with 48+ hours' notice – You are eligible for a full refund or may reschedule free of charge.

​

  • Changes made within 24–48 hours – Your deposit may be transferred to a new booking, but it is non-refundable.

​

  • Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours – The full deposit will be forfeited.

By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms. This policy helps us manage appointment availability fairly for all clients.

 

  • Treatments purchased online are not transferable to other individuals

 

  • We cannot and do not guarantee that all of our treatments and products may necessarily be suitable for you, and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients, ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if any of the treatments or products are right for you

 

  • Refunds will be provided where required by the Australian Consumer Law

 

  • Not recommended for pregnant, breastfeeding women or children under the age of 16 years

 

  • Not effective on crowns, bridges, fillings or veneers.

 

  • Do not use if periodontal disease or other medical conditions exist in the mouth.

 

  • Do not use if you have a history of allergic reactions to peroxide products.

 

  • I acknowledge that I am purchasing a self-administered Teeth Whitening Kit that is designed to whiten the colour of my teeth. As a part of the purchase, I am asking for assistance in the use of my teeth whitening kit, and I understand that I will be allowed to use a specially designed LED Lamp to accelerate the whitening process. Although most natural teeth can benefit from a teeth whitening treatment, I understand that everyone’s teeth are different and that results will vary.

 

CAUTIONS AND DISCLAIMER

Agreeing to this consent form frees all distributors, manufacturers, and affiliates from all liability associated with the use of this formulation or system or additional use of any light source.

 

Temporary side effects of tooth sensitivity or mild tissue irritation may occur but are usually transient and may last for a day or two. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I indicate that I am eligible as per the criteria listed above, that I have read and fully understand this entire document and that I am performing this treatment under my own responsibility.

 

Returns & Refunds

At SmileHub, we strive to provide high-quality teeth whitening services and also offer digital gift cards. As our treatments are a service-based offering, we do not provide refunds for change of mind or if results vary between individuals, as outcomes depend on multiple factors.

 

Electronic Gift Cards

  • All SmileHub gift cards are digital and delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Cards are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase and must be redeemed before the expiry date.

  • Gift cards may be used by the recipient or transferred to another person, but must be redeemed in a single transaction.

  • If you experience any issues with receiving or redeeming your gift card, please contact us at smile_hub@hotmail.comwithin 48 hours of purchase — we’ll be happy to assist.

 

This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which provides consumer guarantees for defective products or services but does not require businesses to offer refunds for change of mind.
